Our Story

A legacy of Bahamian
aviation excellence.

Founded in 2012, Trans Island Airways was built on a simple idea: that the Bahamas deserved a private aviation company held to the same standard as the world's best, and rooted in the islands it calls home.

Over the years our fleet has spanned the full spectrum of aviation: from island hopping, to seaplanes landing on secluded Bahamian beaches, to crossing continents.

More than a decade later, we operate charter, manage client aircraft, and maintain jets out of our Nassau facility. We serve owners and charter clients with the attention to detail that comes from being small enough to care and seasoned enough to deliver.
