Why TIA

Leasing built by operators.

Most leasing companies approach aircraft as financial assets first. We come from the operational side of the industry. That changes how we structure leases, how we approach redelivery conditions, and how we prepare an aircraft before delivery.

Our leases are centered around the ERJ family and the Rolls-Royce AE3007 platform. We understand the operating economics, maintenance cycles, and day-to-day realities of these aircraft because we work with them ourselves. That experience shapes every lease, every records package, and every delivery.

From Inquiry to Delivery

How a lease comes together.

Most leases close in three to six weeks once the diligence pack is moving. The schedule is honest because we have run the timeline ourselves.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & fit.

A short introductory call with our lease manager to understand the operation, timeline, and requirements. If the fit is not right, we will tell you early.

  2. 02

    Term sheet.

Headline commercial terms, redelivery condition, security structure, and operating assumptions are aligned before legal drafting begins.

  3. 03

    Records & technical diligence.

Full records review under NDA: hours, cycles, AD/SB compliance, last shop visit, dirty-fingerprint inspection if you want one. Complete transparency before delivery, not after entry into service.

  4. 04

    Lease & delivery.

Lease agreement, escrow, delivery conditions verified, registration paperwork, technical handover at delivery location. The aircraft or engine arrives in the condition the term sheet promised.

ERJ Expertise

We know this airframe.

The ERJ family has been part of TIA's portfolio for years. We have operated the aircraft, maintained them, transitioned crews onto them, and managed the operational realities that come with the platform. That familiarity becomes important when timelines are tight and operational reliability is critical.

The same applies to the AE3007 platform. We understand the inspection cycles, maintenance planning considerations, and records requirements operators and shops expect to see. Records are organised clearly and prepared for efficient technical review from the outset. That operational familiarity helps reduce friction throughout the lease and delivery process.

Lease Operations

Personal coordination, institutional execution.

Our lease inquiries are managed in partnership with Juliet Green of Skyworld Aviation, who oversees the process from initial inquiry through delivery coordination. She serves as the primary point of contact throughout the transaction, ensuring continuity across commercial, technical, and administrative matters.

Skyworld Aviation provides the transaction infrastructure, including diligence coordination, lease administration, escrow relationships, and documentation support, while we provide the operational and technical expertise behind the ERJ and AE3007 platform. Together, the structure combines institutional-level execution with direct, responsive communication.
