Houston ↔ Nassau is almost entirely a corporate-aviation conversation. The energy headquarters concentration — ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Marathon, Valero, Halliburton, plus the dense network of midstream and oilfield-services firms — generates consistent demand. The Lear 60 handles the route nonstop with comfortable reserves, and same-week executive turns are common.
The leisure side picks up around the holidays and during spring break, when Houston-based families head to Bahamas property or resorts. The Lear's stand-up cabin and AVANCE connectivity make the three-hour flight productive in both directions.
Airport & FBO
Sugar Land Regional (KSGR) is the most common arrival — it's the closest biz aviation airport to the Energy Corridor and the Sugar Land / Memorial Houston residential corridor. Million Air operates the FBO at KSGR with CBP clearance available.
For downtown Houston or the Memorial/Galleria corridors, we also fly Hobby (KHOU) — Signature operates the principal FBO there. Bush Intercontinental (KIAH) is available for clients connecting to onward commercial wide-body service. CBP clearance at KSGR and KHOU is generally faster than KIAH.
On the Nassau end, all flights operate out of MYNN. The route is one of our more demanding pure-distance U.S. lanes — 1,170 nm, just under three hours — but well within the Lear 60's nonstop envelope.
