Private Charter Between Nassau and Miami.
Nassau ↔ Miami is our most-flown U.S. route, in both directions. About 55 minutes in our Learjet 60 between Lynden Pindling International (MYNN) and your choice of South Florida FBO — most often Opa-Locka Executive (KOPF) or Fort Lauderdale Executive (KFXE). Customs cleared at the airport of origin, FBO arrival at the other end. Wheels-up to wheels-down in well under two hours, gate-to-gate.
Why this route
Miami ↔ Nassau is the workhorse lane of South Florida private aviation. A 10:00 wheels-up at MYNN puts you on the ground at Opa-Locka by 11:00 local. From the other direction, an early-morning departure from Miami lands you in Nassau ahead of breakfast. The route absorbs day-trips, weekend runs, executive shuttles, and onward commercial connections out of MIA — all on the same 184-nautical-mile leg.
The Lear 60 is the right airplane for it. Stand-up cabin, full refreshment centre, Gogo AVANCE connectivity for the entire flight. Eight seats, three of which face forward, with an enclosed lavatory. Refurbished in 2025. Pets welcome in the cabin.
Airport & FBO
Most clients land at Opa-Locka Executive (KOPF) — closer to Miami Beach, Brickell, and Bal Harbour than Miami International, and far quieter on both arrivals and departures. Signature Flight Support and Atlantic Aviation both operate FBOs there with the usual private-terminal services: lounge access, ground transport staging at the aircraft, direct ramp-to-vehicle handoff. CBP clearance is right at the FBO.
For travel into central Miami or PortMiami, we'll also fly Fort Lauderdale Executive (KFXE) or Miami International (KMIA) depending on onward connections. KMIA is busier and slower to clear, so we default to KOPF unless a specific reason takes us to MIA — most often an international wide-body connection.
On the Nassau end, all flights operate out of Lynden Pindling International (MYNN). Jet Nassau handles us; Bahamian customs and immigration are processed at the airport on the way out, so arrival in Miami is just CBP at the FBO. Inbound to Nassau, customs and immigration happen at MYNN on arrival — typically a 10-minute step.
