Customs cleared at the airport of origin. The corridor runs heavy in season — November through April — to the Palm Beach community.
Why this route
Palm Beach is one of the densest concentrations of private aviation traffic on the U.S. East Coast in season. The Mar-a-Lago corridor, the Bath & Tennis crowd, the Wellington equestrian community — all feed traffic through KPBI and the smaller fields nearby. From Nassau, the geography is perfect: 55 minutes in the Lear 60, and KPBI is closer to the Palm Beach island than any other FBO option.
We fly this lane heavily in season for the same reason most operators do — the residential pull is strong, and the same Bahamas-based clients are often spending winter weeks in the Palm Beach area. Pets welcome in the cabin; bag capacity is generous for the typical eight-passenger weekend run.
Airport & FBO
Palm Beach International (KPBI) is the standard arrival. Signature Flight Support, Atlantic Aviation, and Jet Aviation all operate FBOs at KPBI with full private terminal services. Customs and Border Protection clears at the FBO; the ground transfer to the Palm Beach island is 10-15 minutes.
For lower-traffic alternatives or specific community connections, we also fly KLNA (Lantana) and F45 (North Palm Beach County) — both quieter, smaller-footprint fields. KPBI is the default because of the FBO infrastructure and customs throughput.
On the Nassau end, all flights operate out of MYNN with Jet Nassau handling. In-season demand pushes booking lead times — for weekend slots in February or March, we recommend confirming as far out as possible.
