Why this route

Boston ↔ Nassau pulls from a specific set of constituencies: the Boston financial sector (Fidelity, State Street, the venture capital base in Cambridge and Kendall Square), the major hospital systems (MGH, Brigham, Dana-Farber), and Harvard and MIT's affiliated networks. Add to that a steady winter residential pattern of New England residents heading to Bahamas property between January and April.

The Lear 60 handles the route nonstop in either direction with comfortable reserves. Three hours is the right side of fatigue for a same-day business turn, though most clients on this lane prefer overnight pattern — out Sunday evening, back Tuesday afternoon — to make the most of the Boston time-zone overlap.

Airport & FBO

Hanscom Field (KBED) in Bedford is the standard arrival. Signature Flight Support and Jet Aviation both operate FBOs at KBED with full private terminal services and CBP clearance on-field. The ground transfer to Cambridge is 25 minutes, to downtown Boston 35-45 minutes depending on traffic.

For South Shore or Cape Cod clients, we fly Norwood Memorial (KOWD) — closer to the southern suburbs and the Bourne corridor. FlightLevel Aviation operates the FBO at KOWD with CBP clearance available by arrangement.

Logan International (KBOS) is technically available but we rarely fly into it — CBP clearance is slower there and the FBO experience is meaningfully worse than KBED. We default to KBED unless an international commercial connection forces the issue.
